Payments
Payments

Hum offers several payment methods, these can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
All payments must be directed to StrataPay and paid before the due date to ensure not arrears notices are issued.
Should you wish to call StrataPay to make payment via credit card, please call 1300 552 311.

Should you wish to set-up a direct debit. You will be required to complete a StrataPay direct debit form and mail the original hard copy to StrataPay. Hum accepts no responsibility for the establishment of Direct Debits.

Rebates, Concessions and Government Grants

 

Are you eligible?

You may qualify for various concessions administered by RMS Energy on behalf of the Queensland State Government and the NSW Government. Eligibility conditions vary and are subject to change from time to time. Please read the information provided for each concession, grant, and rebate to see if you are eligible.

How to Apply for the Electricity Rebate

All eligible customers who satisfy the conditions under which the rebate will be granted, as listed above, and who wish to claim the rebate can at the discretion of the Retailer, either complete a written Application for Electricity Rebate or apply by telephoning their Retailer. Please provide a copy of your card, along with a completed application for electricity rebate. To find out more and to apply for an energy concession, please select your state below:

Concessions

Please note the Electricity Retailer accepts no liability for the loss of an application. Your application whether written or by telephone must be received at least 14 days prior to the next billing period, otherwise, no guarantee can be given that the rebate will be credited for that next period. The Electricity Retailer will make every endeavor to credit the electricity rebate on the applicant’s electricity account. It is the applicant’s responsibility to check all electricity accounts to ensure that the rebate has been credited.

What else may I be eligible for?

The Home Energy Emergency Assistance Scheme:

  • is for Queensland households experiencing problems paying their electricity or reticulated natural gas bills as a result of an unforeseen emergency or a short-term financial crisis
  • is one-off emergency assistance to help with paying your home energy bills
  • pays up to $720 once every 2 years.
